TOP The new legislation enables the State Service Commissioner and the Minister to issue Directions relating to the day-to-day management and operation of the State Service. In this regard they will be similar to current Employment Instructions and Administrative Instructions. These Directions will be binding on Heads of Agency, holders of prescribed offices, senior executives and employees.
