Collectors Edition cards are official printed Magic The Gathering cards that were printed as a complete set by Wizards Of The Coast, but so they didnt compete in value with regular cards, they were printed with square corners and the back reading Collectors Edition or International Collectors Edition. They are allowed in some tournaments if used in sleeves, check with the tournament coordinator.
