The Code Enforcement officer’s duties are to enforce certain Municipal Code violations regarding zoning, property maintenance, illegal dwelling units, trash container regulations, signs, and many others. Inspections are initiated by public complaints, and if substantiated, a notice of violation is given to correct the violation.
