You use CME tokens to gain access to the CME quizzes. ACP Members and individual subscribers receive 20 free CME tokens per year as part of their Membership or subscription. One CME token is debited from your account for each CME credit you claim for completed quizzes. If you use all 20 tokens you may purchase more online, using a credit card. So you may take 20 CME courses a year for free, and as many more after that as you wish to purchase tokens for.
