What are client notes and client history?
Client notes are any special information or comments you have about a customer that you would like to remember for his or her next appointment such as a special brand he or she prefers. Client history tracks your clients’ past appointments. It records dates, times, services, prices, special comments, and service provider info. For uniqueness reasons, only clients that have registered with EasyBooker.com can have Client Notes or Client History. This is necessary because potentially, your business could have two clients with identical names; the only way to differentiate them is to require that they each choose a unique identifier, their EasyBooker.com user name. This way there is no confusion when leaving notes or performing other queries. It is therefore in your clients’ best interest to go through the quick one-time sign up process even if they don’t intend to make appointments online; if they then call in an appointment they can simply give your receptionist their user name, and all
