What are Church Leadership Development Cohorts?
They are groups of pastors and church leaders who meet 5 times per year for personal and church leadership development and growth. The cohorts involve peer mentoring with a coach in a two-year developmental cycle. Where and when do the cohorts meet? • Cohorts meet from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM. (Start and end times can vary) • Location will be regional What will be expected of cohort participants? • Commit to growing personally and reaching the unchurched in your community. • Attend all sessions. • Complete assignments on leadership and church development for each session. • Read the four or five assigned books per year. • Desire the best for every participant in the cohort and do all you can to assure others reach their full potential. • Treat all personal information shared by participants as confidential and covenant with the other participants to pray for them and their churches. Who may attend? Lead pastors who bring a least two additional leaders from their church to the cohorts. Yo
