What are Chicagos Womens Fitness Camps/Womens Fitness Camp?
They are an indoor 4-week (or in some cases, less) fitness program led by renowned fitness expert Michelle Rossfeld or one of her expert WFC/WUFC coaches/trainers. Each camp lasts 1 hour in length, and are held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (additional times are offered -please check our schedule). You will be motivated, encouraged, inspired and challenged. And you will have fun while getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening environment. Results guaranteed!
