Check-in notification alerts will be sent to you at your preferred time of either 48 hours or 24 hours prior to flight departure. You will be able to check in via SMS or Internet at www.singaporeair.com for your flight upon receiving the alert. With the exception of flights departing from Colombo, you will be able to reply to the SMS check-in notification alert and check-in via SMS. The service is unavailable for mobile phone subscribers in Canada, Japan, Korea and USA. If your flight departs from other Singapore Airlines-served city, you will receive an alert informing you to check in via the Internet at the Singapore Airlines’ website.
