What are Challenge Questions and what do they do?
You must complete five Challenge Questions and Answers when you enroll for StarPC’s new enhanced security login. You may either choose from a list of existing Challenge Questions, or you may create your own questions. Make these questions as easy to remember as possible and something that only you are likely to know. These Challenge Questions will be used during subsequent logins as a second way to authenticate your identity when logging into StarPC.
