What are caues of protein in urine?
I have nearly always got protein in my urine and nothing has happened to me yet God willing…but it can be a sign on preeaclamsia…if it is coupled with swelling hands, feet or face or with high blood pressure…if they find it again regularly, they will do a 24 hour test….which basicaly means you pee into a big container for 24 hours and keep the container….then they look at the concentration of protein to judge the average amount you are passing. You will probably be fine but they want to keep an eye on you just in case.
