What are cash certificates and how do they involve me?
A – Cash Certificates have purposely been given the name “Community Service certificates because we want them to be identified with the community and the neighborhood bus-inesses. The object is to form an alliance within the community of business and customer to combat the sterile atmosphere of the large chains and return to a much needed “customer service attitude. The certificates are formally designated: Community Service Certificate (CSC), Community Service Donor Certificate (CSDC) and Community Service Seminar Certificate (CSSC).
