What are Cases-Cases return and cancellation policies?
Cancellation charges range from a minimum of $25 to a maximum of 100% depending on the nature of the cases ordered and the extent of fabrications. Return charges range from a minimum of $25 to a maximum of 100% based on case purchased, the level of customization, Cases-Cases ability to resell the case and if a replacement case was purchased. All returns must be returned freight pre-paid and returns cannot be made without a return authorization. Credit will be issued after the cases are inspected at Cases-Cases’ facility.
