What are Carl Frochs chances of winning the Super Six boxing tournament?
As the only British boxer participating in the Showtime Super Six World Boxing Classic, there is a lot of pressure from the British boxing community for Froch to do well. So far Froch has looked less than great in his sole appearance in the tournament. Froch’s opponent, Andre Dirrell, would put on a great boxing performance in out boxing Froch but would fall into a fairly lackluster repetitive scheme of holding onto Froch when things got in close. Either way Dirrell looked great and made Froch look bad in the process. Despite the fact that Dirrell lost the fight via a split decision, he looked extremely impressive and should the fight have taken place anywhere outside of the United Kingdom he very well could have won the fight.
