Both the Canada Savings Bond (CSB) and Canada Premium Bond (CPB) are offered by the Government of Canada and can be purchased through CIBC. The CSB offers guaranteed returns and the option to redeem at any time. These bonds are available for purchase from early October to April 1 each year. For specific issue dates and bond series information, visit the Government of Ca
