What are call controls and how do I view them?

Call controls are key-press combinations that you can use on your phone’s dial pad to control things such as your talk volume, the volume of others, mute, and more. To see what the key-press combinations are, just click on View All in the Call Controls box which is located in the left column near the top of the Callers on This Conference Line box.
