What are Buyer Status Alerts?
Buyer Status Alerts are emails that contain updated information regarding a buyer’s purchasing status on one of your leads. This updated status information is collected through the BuyerZone Purchasing Survey – a survey sent to all buyers 10 days after submitting their original Request for Quote and again at a predetermined time in the future based on expected sales cycle. These alerts indicate whether: 1) you closed a sale; 2) you are still being considered for a purchase or 3) the buyer purchased from another vendor; and are meant to help you manage your leads more effectively. How can I unsubscribe from receiving Buyer Status Alerts? You can unsubscribe from receiving the Buyer Status Alerts by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the Buyer Status Alert emails. Please note: the Buyer Status Alerts are category specific, so if you currently receive leads in multiple categories, you must unsubscribe to these emails in each category.
