What are businesses or industries are important in Tokyo, Japan?
To relocate to Kyoto is impossible. The size of Tokyo and Kyoto are completely different. Kyoto is a small basin. Japan has capital relocation plan already. The next city would be in either Fukushima or Gifu prefecture. We will see whole Venice will be submerged first. And NY, Boston, Florida, San Francisco, Guanzhou, Shanghai, Tianjing of China, Seoul Korea, Hochimin, Singapore, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Kawasaki city and more would sink at almost the same time. Tokyo has less factories. Companies will move their HQs to other cities. Kawasaki city has lots factories. However, Kanagawa prefecture whom Kawasaki city belongs to has lots land.
