Published Documents, or PDs, are BSI documents that hold a lower status than a Standard. Some UK specific non-contradictory complementary information (NCCI) for bridges will be published in PDs and this information will be referenced in the National Annexes. Much of the NCCI is likely to be from the current National codes that will be withdrawn, but a wide variety of NCCI from other sources will also be referenced. The BSI intends to publish a number of PDs relating specifically to the design of bridges.
