What are BSB and ECW formats?

BSB format maps produced by MapTrax are an older format of digital raster map originally developed by Map Tech in the USA. The version of BSB we produce is 2.0-3.0. Please note that some newer mapping products are not compatible. ECW format maps produced by MapTrax are based on a standard developed by ER Mapper, and most modern mapping software can load maps produced in this format.
