Brilliant Star’s themes are developed annually under the guidance of the National Spiritual Assembly. The magazine staff consults with key agencies of the National Spiritual Assembly and incorporates feedback from readers to create a list of proposed themes. The list and the topics to be covered in each issue are approved by the National Spiritual Assembly.
