Although society makes the mistake of branding people as evil forever, it cannot afford to keep its citizens away from freedom by keeping them in prison and denying them any measure of reformation. Life is all about second chances and the legal system is in no way exempt from this. Seeing redemption as the goal, the legal system invented few methods that are centered on reforming delinquents, especially those brought up to the juvenile justice system. The most recognize and criticized among them are the boot camps. Boot camps are private or government-owned correctional facilities where people are sent in the hope that they will mend their erroneous ways.
