What are Blue Box Groups support hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM to 7PM PST. If you have an urgent issue that cannot wait until normal business hours, we do have 24×7 on-call support available. If you need support outside our posted hours, you can either leave a voicemail in our “urgent” mailbox, or open a new ticket and escalate it and the on-call technician will contact you promptly to resolve whatever issue you may be having.
