What are biscotti?
Biscotti are crunchy Italian dipping cookies. They are baked twice to give them a crunchy dry texture so they can be dipped in beverages such as coffee, tea, milk or wine. These centuries old cookies originated in Italy and are traditionally baked in almond, anisette and hazelnut flavors.
