If you come hear the news about the proposed rotating building to be constructed in Dubai, I guess that is very interesting to be your schoold structural design project. In this building, all the levels/floors are rotating independently. Floors are only supported by structural steel cantilever beams attached to a big solid steel rod/column on the center of the building that serves as axis of those rotating floors. The rotation is being done automatically with correct precision of time so that no floors/levels will overlap each other while rotating. Actually I have here the picture with me.
