What are Beneficial Enzymes, Fermentation Products, and “probiotic” Bacteria?

Along with the “bad” bacteria’s (the bacteria we usually hear about that cause disease and sickness), there exists an equal amount of beneficial bacteria’s that live within the same microbial world that do “good”. This beneficial bacteria is supplied to the body via the diet at every meal to replace lost bacteria. These bacteria are necessary to control outbreaks of pathogenic (bad) bacteria. It is a natural process known as “competitive exclusion”. The beneficial bacteria is comprised of more dominant bacteria that most common pathogenic bacteria, and “out competes” the “bad” bacteria for such essential components as oxygen, food supply, and living space. This controls the pathogenic population and activity, keeping the entire system, and dog, healthy and happy.
