What are behavioral indicators and how do I use them?
A. The Career Center provides a set of questions for employers to use to help determine the work style and behavior of a potential employee. Employers may select to have applicants answer these questions when applying for a particular position but are not required to do so. Applicants will only see these questions when they apply for a job where the employer has requested these be completed.
