What are beginning, intermediate and advanced levels and classes?
A beginner painter has little or no experience with painting or are trying a new medium. Beginning level classes are taught at a slower pace with instructor assistance. An intermediate painter has knowledge of basic skills, brush control, and a good understanding of the fundamentals for the medium being used. Intermediate classes are taught at a moderate pace with some instructor assistance. An advanced painter has extensive experience and skills and is proficient in the medium being taught. An advanced level class is taught at a brisk pace with little or no instructor assistance.
