• Failure to comply with Duties. • Fraudulent disposition of property. • Refusal to answer questions at any examination. • Falsifying a statement or accounting record. • Concealing, destroying or falsifying books or records. • Obtaining credit by false representation. • Concealing or removing property. Any officer, director or agent of the Company or any person who has had, directly or indirectly, control of the Company who directed, authorized, or participated in the commission of any Bankruptcy Offence is liable on conviction to punishment including fines and imprisonment.
