What are bandwidth quotas and how do they work?

Bandwidth quotas are limits on the total amount of data that can be transferred within a given time period. Our quotas are currently set at 1.5 GB for the basic plan, and 3.0 GB for the premium plan. All quotas are calculated using a 24 hour sliding window method. If you exceed your bandwidth quota, your internet connection speed is reduce by half until you no longer exceed your quota.
