What are Bach Flower Essences? How are they made?
Bach Flower Essences are the energy of the plant. The energy from the plant is collected by clipping the flower heads at the peak of their bloom, floating them in a bowl of water and having them sit in the sun for a few hours. If the plant blooms in the spring, it is boiled. Plant matter is removed from the water and the water becomes the basis for thousands of bottles of essences.
