What are average Decision Maker contact rates per hour?
• In business to business programs, it can be expected that our contact rates will be in the range of 3 to 7 completed decision maker contacts per hour. This will vary by the size of the company we are calling, the quality of the list that we are using, the type of person we are trying to contact and the length of the presentation or the amount of information that the client is trying to obtain. Generally, it is easier to reach decision makers in small to medium companies and the contact rates will typically be higher.
