What are Avenía’s payment terms?
Avenía Bridal follows accepted payment terms for most bridal boutiques: We require a 50% deposit plus tax on the total order at the time of purchase. Regretfully, no order, once accepted by a manufacturer in the case of a special order, or initiated by a seamstress in the case of an alteration or custom tailored gown, can be cancelled. Payment in full is required at the time of sale for all accessories. Once the deposit has been paid, no credits, refunds, or exchanges may be made. In the case of special orders, once your gown has arrived, payment in full is required before we can begin alterations. In the case of custom gowns, final payment is due at the final fitting. No exceptions can be made.
