A. Microsoft’s SQL server and Oracle are some of the best in the industry. Access is a relational database but not very secure and has several shortcomings. Initially our project began on MS Access but we have abandoned it due to several problems with the jet engine. Several other databases are available which are text based, slow and have several other functional deficiencies.
