What are are Follow-up Reports and when are they due?
Follow-up reports are a requirement of SPSF affiliates. It is a 1 to 2 page questionnaire the collects prior year statistical and performance data of each affiliate. This information is used by ASPSF to report to potential and current funders, and is especially useful to all SPSFs in their communication, marketing and fundraising efforts. The deadline for submission of the report is May 15th annually.
