A. The experience of nearly 100,000 inspections is what trains our inspectors. Our inspectors are hands-on trained. Too many inspectors out there simply attended a course or pass a test. Not at our company. We ensure our inspectors’ abilities on more than 500 inspections prior to them performing their first inspection. AmeriSpec inspectors are trained to perform a professional inspection that meets the highest standards in the industry – the Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
