What are allowable costs for IDEA Recovery funds?
IDEA Recovery funds are subject to the same restrictions as regular IDEA funds. They must only be used for the excess costs of providing special education. For a particular cost to be allowed, it also must be necessary and reasonable for proper and efficient performance and administration of the grant. Funds must be used in accordance with the guidelines for IDEA allowable costs and Wisconsin s state statutes.
