What are all the weird etchings in the run-out grooves on records?
This is an incomplete listing, but it’s a start at it anyway. Almost all of the etchings on the albums and singles are mentioned in “The Cure on Record” (Omnibus Press, ISBN 0.7119.3867.9). At least two things are missing from the book: Concert a-side “play me loud” b-side “eat me too” Standing on a Beach a-side “All of this” b-side “And back again” “Show” and “Paris” both have “Play this music loud” etched in their run-out grooves.
