When I was young I took too many aspirin (I was in a lot of pain), and later my ears rang for about 2 years! It was very loud at first. Anyway, apparently the kidneys and ears somehow have some similar make-up, so if you are hurting your kidneys, or have a kidney problem, you may also have ringing in your ears (called tinitis) In my case, If I ever take cheap vitamins or too many vitamins at once, my ears ring. If I take certain medications, my ears ring. I haven’t had constant tinitis for years, but I remember it. I could lay in a quiet room and just hear a ring in my ears. It was disturbing. Anyway, I don’t know about the sleep problem. Tongue dry could be related to hormones? Maybe bitter because of chemical toxins in the body? I know you can have a metallic taste in your mouth because of some medicines also. so, I think you should research taking care of your kidneys (drink water!) avoid medications (pain killers, too many multivitamins). And see if that helps. Good luck!
