What are Airpoints Dollars?
Airpoints Dollars are the currency of Airpoints, Air New Zealand’s frequent flyer programme. One Airpoints Dollar is equivalent to one New Zealand Dollar, and you can use them just like cash to pay for your rewards*. You can use your Airpoints Dollars to pay for any available seat on any Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight. *Excluding any applicable taxes, levies or surcharges which must be paid for in cash.
