What are AHEPAcademy Continuing Remote Learning Seminars?
One of the most unique aspects of the AHEPAcademy program will be its Continuing Remote Learning Seminars, designed to continue the lessons of the AHEPAcademy on Campus program long after the Candidates have returned to their homes. On the second Sunday evening of the month from September to May, AHEPAcademy will sponsor an internet-based seminar and interactive discussion featuring a prominent Greek-American or Philhellene. AHEPAcademy Candidates will be able to access and participate in the seminar through a dedicated private secure website. This format will encourage the free-exchange of ideas between successive AHEPAcademy classes and will make Candidates feel a part of something larger than just their individual AHEPAcademy class year. Inherent in this concept however will be the funding to establish this interactive website and also to produce the monthly Internet seminars.
