What are AGP Digital Display (ADD) Cards?

0

An AGP Digital Display (ADD) card is an adapter card that can be inserted into the AGP port of IntelĀ® 845G chipset family-based systems. ADD cards allow configurations for TV-out, LVDS, and TMDS output (i.e. televisions and digital displays/flat panels). Combined with an IntelĀ® Extreme Graphics Driver, ADD cards can be used to display system output to a television, digital display, or simultaneously to a monitor and digital display. Simultaneous display between a monitor and television is not supported.
