What are agents groups in PCM v3.0?
Agent Groups contain agents whose devices belong in the same list. Agent groups create hierarchy for maps, device lists, subnet lists, and VLAN lists. When a new agent is created it is associated with the Default Agent Group. Prior to activating an agent, the agent should be assigned to the proper agent group. Once an agent is assigned to an agent group and activated, it cannot be reassigned to another agent group. The agent must be deleted and added again if its group membership is incorrect.
