In addition to the rental charge, there is a $39 booking fee, 10.75% NC sales and accomodation tax and a $100-300 fully refundable damage deposit. In lieu of paying the damage deposit, you have the option of providing a credit card number as a guarantee that you will leave the property in damage free and acceptable condition. If the property is not left in good condition, we will contact you first but will use your credit card to cover all damage costs.
