What are access numbers?
Access numbers are the toll-free phone numbers you need to dial to access the ISIConnect phone service. ISIConnect has access numbers in 150 countries worldwide. This means you can use ISIConnect in all of these countries. Because access numbers are toll-free, you do not have to pay anything to call them.
Each card will have its own access numbers. These will be the local numbers in the area that you are in (typically in all capital cities and major regional towns ie. In Sydney, it will be (02) xxxx xxxx). Most card providers also have a Freecall 1800 number or a 1300 number that you can call from anywhere. If you are calling from a payphone, you do not need to enter any coins for a 1800 number whilst you will for the 1300 number. The 1800 and 1300 number will attract an additional per min fee. Each time you order your card from us, we will email you with the complete list of access numbers for that specific card and any additional costs for using the 1800 and 1300 access numbers.
