Payment may be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or with a personal check or money order. We cannot ship orders to consumers C.O.D. or ship an order and bill you for it later. Orders may only be placed online with a valid credit card. You may also call in your order toll free at (800) 326-2375 or fax to (503) 284-6417. To mail your order with a check or money order, please use our printable order form. Customers outside the United States not ordering with a credit card must use an international money order in US funds. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged any fees that we are obligated to pay our bank (currently $5.00) and an additional $20.00 service charge at our discretion.
