What are a few of the key differences between a great business “leader” and great manager/CEO?
I am trying to gain some insight and perspective for a leadership study we are in the process of conducting. We have had quite a debate about how to ensure we are capturing what is meant by leadership in the trenches of everyday business, especially in today’s global and highly integrated business environment.
