What are a CIK and a CCC?
The CIK and CCC codes are used to make submissions to the SEC. You may test file without these codes; we will ask for these codes, however, before we can file for real. Click if you need codes. CIK (Central Index Key): The CIK is a public number that is uniquely assigned to each entity that submits filings to the SEC. Each company filing will have its own CIK. CCC (CIK Confirmation Code) The CCC is a kind of password used in combination with the CIK to submit a filing via EDGAR. It is not a public number and must be kept secure.
