The rates are as follows: .1 to 5 miles = $5.00 5.1 to 10 miles = $7.50 10.1 to 15 miles = $10.00 15.1 to 20 miles = $15.00 20.1 to 25 miles = $20.00 25.1 to 30 miles= $25.00 30.1 to 35 miles = $30.00 Regular delivery hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST Friday. Saturday deliveries are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and incur additional charges. We are closed on Sundays and Holidays. See our order notes and pricing page for further details.
