What are 10 Different Spices?

It is so hard to choose only ten spices, but here goes – ancho powder (used in Tex-Mex cooking), cinnamon (used in virtually everything, especially baked goods), fennel seed (used mainly to spice fish), curry powder (used mostly in Indian cuisine), nutmeg (used in baking and on the top of eggnog), black pepper (main seasoning for everything), garlic (used primarily in Italian cooking but really good for all kinds of dishes), salt (used to bring out the flavor of most foods and also used as a preservative), zaatar (use for Middle Eastern cuisine), vanilla extract (used for baking, ice cream, and everything yummy), and last but not least sesame seed (used to add a little crunch to anything and the major topping of hamburger buns everywhere).
