What approvals/endorsements exist for the Milk-Pro system?
The Milk-Pro pasteurisation system is endorsed by the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations, who use it in their Village Milk System projects throughout the developing world. Reference to the Milk-Pro system is made on the FAO website. The Milk-Pro system has also been tested by the Dairy Standards Agency of South Africa, and enjoys the support of the Milk Producers Organisation (MPO) of South Africa for use in rural upliftment and community development projects.
